Deepening Your Engagement

What It Means to Be an Engaged Temple Alum

Temple alumni are essential partners in advancing the university. By staying connected, through event participation, volunteer service, advocacy and philanthropy, you are committing your time, experiences and resources to strengthening the Temple community. Through these forms of engagement, meaningful relationships are formed, inclusivity is strengthened and Temple’s future is shaped.

Engaging with Temple does not require a single path or level of commitment. Alumni engage and participate in ways that align with their interests, availability and expertise, guided by some cherry and white principles: Go. Give. Help. Connect.

Go

Participate in Temple experiences.
Go means showing up, on campus, in your region or virtually, to support and represent Temple. Please join us!

Give

Support Temple through personal philanthropic leadership.
Alumni are asked to make an annual gift to a Temple designation of their choosing and advocate for philanthropy as part of Temple’s success.

Help

Actively serve through volunteer leadership and service.
The core of the alumni volunteer experience—when you help, you directly contribute your skills, perspective and leadership.

Connect

Strengthen Temple’s network and amplify its story.
Alumni play a key role in our community, keeping Temple community members connected to one another.
